ARTE GER'AÇÃO
We are a nonprofit philanthropic entity inspired by a widely practiced activity in Bahia: capoeira. We want this practice to be the main instrument of social transformation in the Itapagipe peninsula.

We are a civil society organization (CSO) and we believe in transforming people's lives through the excellence of the services provide and the promotion of human values.
We are an entity dedicated to promoting social inclusion through art, education, and sports. Our fondamental values are acceptance, ethics, respect for diversity, and empathy. Through these, we seek to transform lives, build bridges, and strengthen citizenship, to create a positive impact on local and global communities.

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT IN 2025
This year, we are committed to providing new opportunities and activities for our audience, promoting personal, professional, and community development.

PSYCHOPEDAGOGICAL AND SOCIAL SUPPORT
Aiming for the overall well-being of participants in classes, workshops, and activities, our team supports students and families with highly qualified professionals.
I LEAD PROGRAM
This program allows students to put their emerging skills into practice in terms of understanding their own functioning, that of others, and the world. It provides keys to help decision-making. It enables children to practice in an environment where these values are shared and valued.
IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PROJECTS
In 2025, we will implement and continue activities such as sewing classes, psychopedagogical and social assistance, the 'I lead' program, and capoeira classes. We will start a computer learning program as well as dance classes.
INSPIRING STORIES
Here at Arte Ger'Ação, we live unique experiences, achievements, and transformations. The students who are part of our project are the voices that motivate our commitment and inspire us to continue building a more inclusive and joyful future.

Ana Paula Flores
Mother of Maria Eduarda and Carlos Eduardo Flores dos Santos
"My name is Ana Paula Flores, I am the mother of Maria Eduarda who is 11 years old and Carlos Eduardo who is 7 years old. I heard about the capoeira class, I became interested, and I brought Carlos Eduardo. He started capoeira 2 years ago. Maria Eduarda joined capoeira after attending her brother's baptism.
The opportunity arose for my daughter to take the course "I lead". It allows the student to work on feelings, emotions, and opinions. Today, she is taking this course and I have noticed a significant change in Eduarda.
I came to take the SESC course, the makeup course. It was interesting, really cool. I live a bit far away, but it's worth it. The project is a success for me in every way. The atmosphere is also very good. I thank Dona Eremita, Silvia, but also all the people involved in this project!
Ariadne Franco
Mother of Arthur Leonardo Almeida Franco
"My name is Ariadne, I am the mother of Arthur Leonardo. He has been practicing capoeira since the age of 5, and he is now 9. He has evolved a lot during this time, especially in his interaction with other children; he is also more attentive. Capoeira has greatly contributed to his overall development. I notice that he has always been more comfortable with instruments and music than with capoeira. For me, everything in the organization is great, I have even recommended the project to other people."
