Capoeira
The practice of capoeira allows the development of physical and cognitive faculties.
It improves aerobic/anaerobic endurance, speed, flexibility, muscular endurance, increased reflexes, strength and agility, balance, coordination and rhythm, simple and complex reaction time and cardiorespiratory capacity.
It improves self-confidence, decision-making, reflection, and open-mindedness. It allows for better listening and attention, learning about danger, but also about bonding with others and the collective. It offers joy, play, but also cultural learning and ancestral transmissions through singing, instruments, and stories. Capoeira is a true school of life; it allows us to know where we come from, where we are going, and what our rights and duties are.

The course is made up of several parts: warming up, learning body techniques (basic steps, movements, attack and defense movements), the circle and learning the musical part (songs, tambourine, berimbau, atabaquê, agogô, caxixi...)
