Around the world

In 2020, Christmas Capoeirando became a truly articulated movement in four countries: Germany, France (mainland France and Reunion Island), Hungary (in Budapest), and Denmark (in Copenhagen).

In France alone, ten cities are participating in this movement: Bordeaux, Lyon, Pau, Toulouse, Angoulême, Villaines-la-Juhel, Paris, Tours, and Nantes. Several Capoeira groups and schools are involved: Grupo de Capoeira Arte Negra, Grupo Senzala, Ginga Nagô, COB - Capoeira Origem do Brasil, Angoleiros do Mar, and Capoeira Malungos.

This movement is growing stronger, and we hope to reach 20 cities in France and other countries to organize this Christmas Capoeira.
